Der urspr\u00fcngliche Putz wurde durch eine widerstandsf\u00e4hige, strukturierte Sichtbetonoberfl\u00e4che ersetzt, die sowohl funktionale als auch gestalterische Anforderungen erf\u00fcllt. Das Resultat ist ein Betonbild, das nicht verdeckt, sondern bewusst zur Geltung gebracht wird.
